My experience is the other way. I know that to get the right girl, is very important. They need to be well prepared for the work and understand the scene that they were booked to do.
It´s the girls that makes people buy the tape or dvd. The wrong girl will make the scene totally miserable.
But I understand that Steve as a producer and a male talent think it´s important to choose the right other male talents. Somewhere I think it´s a European Rocco-thing where the male talents are bigger stars then the girls.
