Has a character in it called the porn fairy. It is one of those hidden things, funny as hell. Anyway if Ron Jeremy isn't getting residuals on the character then something is very wrong.
The resemblance is uncanny, and the song he sings had me rolling on the floor. Maybe not worth buying the game over, I just had too after all the fun of the original, but if you get the chance the fairy is a must see.
