To all bitheads:

We're involved in a low key website project. We are not very technical. Do decent website development programs exist, where HTML expertise is not needed. I have seen a few in the stores but they look like junk. Anybody know of decent quality stuff? How about server/hosting recommendations? Would greatly appreciate any info.
