OKay I need some feedback visit my website and let me know what you think what you like what you dont like what should be added or taken away I would like to have it perfect before it goes live

I like it. It's a nice clean interface. One criticism is that of your logo. It's a little too busy. You have three funky x's, with your picture inside them, then the x's have shadows. Then your name is overlayed in dark letters. You name should jump out more. I'd lose the other words, or place them above and below the three xxx's. I'm not a graphic artist so I don't have anything really constructive, but, oh well.
