I know what you mean toe. I was suicidally depressed for about 20 years and I really got tired of listening to every know-it-all say "snap out of it" or "go out and find something to do." A few of them have no idea how lucky they are to be alive.
What helped you get over your depression? Was it time? Counseling? Drugs?
I never said you should just get over it. I'm trying to say that suicide is unimaginative and a easy way out of your situation. You didn't commit suicide... are you happy you didn't? Or do you think your problems would have been solved a lot quicker by painting the wall with your brain. Suicide is a bitch way out not only because you never find a resolution to the issue you had, you also hurt the lives of others around you. Therefor making you life's bitch. Get out easy and everyone else pays the price.
