While i agree that 3 strikes is harsh, is prop 66 really the solution? This law was put on the ballot by some rich guy whose kid is rotting in jail. It is not written to be in the people of California's best interest, but to pull that fucker out of the pokey.

My advice to people with 2 strikes, don't commit any more crimes.
