I`m posting this for a freind from cali,please help out and vote.


As you may know the California elections are tomorrow, not only to
vote for the new President, but also to vote on California's
propositions.

And I am facing a mayor problem right now, with one of my closes
friends facing 25 years to life over this proposition 66. And I am
encouraging everybody to vote yes on proposition 66. Arnold
swashernigger id lying on T.V saying that 26,000 Inmates will be
release if it wins, if you read the L.A times it says that he is
lying and he invested 2 million dollars in order to get the
proposition to loose, and making people believe that Murders and
Childs molesters would be release if it wins.

What it does if it wins is give some inmates a re -Trial for those
convicted for a non violent felony or even a misterminour.

My friend right now is facing jail right now 25 years to life, simply
because he failed to register on the date he was suppose to. Come on
how can somebody face life over not registering? More then 2,000
people who are under this California Law are facing life over a non
violent crime, like stealing a Can of soda, not registering; they
might have caught them with a bag of marihuana Etc.of corse they will
be punish apropietly, but not convicted of life over a misterminor,
This is not what the law intended and people don't deserve to be
spending life over misturminur like that, Prop 66 will fix the Flaw
in the Law, and will give a re trial to all inmates who where
sentence to life for a non violent crime, and those who are convicted
for murder or rape will remain in jail, they will not be release and
will be punish for their crime..

Please put your self in the position of anybody in your family or a
love one spending life in jail over a misterminour.You will not
understand unless you go true it, and lets hope it will not happen to
a love one close to you, and it can happen, and if prop 66 wins and
it happends to anybody else they will spend life over a non violent
crime. Let's vote yes on prop 66 and fix the Flaw in the Law.

While i agree that 3 strikes is harsh, is prop 66 really the solution? This law was put on the ballot by some rich guy whose kid is rotting in jail. It is not written to be in the people of California's best interest, but to pull that fucker out of the pokey.

My advice to people with 2 strikes, don't commit any more crimes.
