I'd also like to add something, Mr. Steward. I hope I'm not overstepping my bounds here, but I think it's very important that no explanation should be given for this device in the scene. The best 'Gag Factor' have no set-up or dialogue, they just are. Head UPSIDEDOWN, fucked throat. That's all that is needed. A great 'Gag Factor' scene inspires questions (usually "WHY?!!"), never answers them. At the most, show this device being taped to the girl's throat with no explanation, then let the scene progress as normal, UPSIDEDOWN. The disturbing monotonic buzz gagging and retching that will be produced is the only explanation/justification the scene should have. So, please, no lame storyline about smoking and throat cancer.
