There is no doubt that the greatest 'Gag Factor' scene thus far is Aurora Snow's scene in #5. This is almost entirely due to the disturbing "Wah! Wah! Wah! Wah!" noises she involuntarily emits as the cock is shoved into her mouth, her head UPSIDEDOWN. It is incredibly disturbing. It sounds as if her body is crying out against the degradation she's submiting it to. Fantastic.
Since, then, we all agree that the gaggin/choking noises are the most important element of a good 'Gag Factor' scene, I submit this idea for a future installment: While the girl hangs her head UPSIDEDOWN and is getting throatfucked, attached to her throat will be one of those vibrating devices that allow throat cancer victims to communicate. I think it speaks for itself. It's a fantastic idea that words couldn't possibly do justice to. Please see it gets done.
