While still being held in jail with no bond, another company has sued Doony. MHC Sherwood Forest LLC wants to evict his wife from their mobile home space. Doony, who hates his wife and is trying to divorce her, likely hopes she gets evicted and ends up homeless.

On a side note, Doony's wife was given a refurbished car by a car group because she is a trafficking victim, and a single mom of two kids who had no car.
