The DA recently decided not to prosecute Doony on the tampering with a witness case. I was surprised because they have phone call evidence of him calling this person from jail telling her that he would off himself if she did not bail him out. However, I believe she eventually refused to testify.

His main case (threatening a judge, extortion, and animal porn) has the following updates:
- A new judge has taken over the docket. Another female.
- There was a meeting today to set a schedule of events.
- A motions hearing will occur on 10 December.

And the good news... Doony is still in jail, sleeping on the floor next to the toilet. Guessing his trial will occur in January.
