The first trial started today. Recap:

The court ruled in favor of the prosecution's motion to limit testimony. Some of the limitations include: (1) opinions regarding whether any conduct of the Defendant constitutes a crime. (2) opinions regarding whether any conduct of the Defendant is protected speech under the First Amendment. (3) No self-serving hearsay.

The jury panel was selected and will be sworn in tomorrow.

Defense made a motion to disqualify recuse the judge. The motion was denied.
