The charge was first noted in an "Amended Information" document on 11 Sep 2024. The document states:

"COUNT 3: Informant aforesaid, under oath, further information makes that DONALD CARLOS long, also known as "DOONY LONG", between November 23, 2023, and November 29, 2023, in the County of Osceola and State of Florida, did knowingly possess or distribute and pornographic image or video of a person engaged in sexual contact with an animal, in violation of Florida Statute 828.126(e). (3 DEG FEL) (LEVEL 6) (DIRECT)"

I believe this resulted from a detective searching through all of his computers (he had a lot) and phones. He might have been posting the pics/vids online saying the person shown was the name of a person that he was attacking online.

The amendment swaps out "HARASSING A PUBLIC OFFICIAL WITH THE INTENT TO AFFECT A LEGAL DUTY" which is a misdemeanor, for another Felony.
