Debra Thornton is a 53 year old spectacular female. Uncertain what her future has in store for her. Trying to find a pen pal for her long days in jail.

She's got a huge heart, yet fell on a rough patch. She is strong willed doing her best not to let her circumstances bring her down. She has given the younger generation compassion and understanding regardless of their charges.



Debra needs someone to talk to that's not going to be judgmental. She is looking to meet people outside the walls and fences that would give her some encouragement to prepare for her next chapter in her life. Debra deserves a second chance not only at life, but at true happiness as well! She also needs a good man who can teach her how to use the Uber app.



Debra was driving on South Virginia Street near Damonte Ranch Parkway when the victim, Jarod Taylor, a 31-year-old man, and his girlfriend were walking on the road. They say Thornton hit Taylor, causing him to be thrown 70 feet. He died on scene. Police say toxicology reports later showed Thornton had a blood alcohol content of 0.167, which is more than twice the legal limit.

Thornton had three prior Driving Under the Influence convictions.
