While I am not a lawyer, there have been updates to Doony's legal cases and here is what I believe is happening:

Even though his felony cases have been closed due to his incompetence, the cases can be reopened as soon as he is declared competent, or the charges can be re-filed. This would likely happen due to the nature of his charges which include extortion of a judge, human trafficking, and tempering of a witness. He was facing life in prison. Perhaps continued sleeping on the concrete floor with head a foot away from the toilet -- tinkle sprinkles!

Doony's defective brain does not like living in the psych hospital. He filed a motion to have his competency to be reassessed again, likely wanting to be found competent. He seems he believes his best shot at getting his life back to normal is to be found competent and face the charges, believing all charges will be dropped.

Recent motion filed: new competency evaluation, and motion to have his court appointed lawyer removed and to have a new lawyer appointed.

There are also 2 additional motions that have yet to be released to the public. His court appointed lawyer has requested discovery for all information related to his charges.

As Doony's former wife once wrote, "Doony you are f*cked in the head!"
