Here is the current status of Doony's women:

Doony met Puy in Thailand and married her about 10 years ago. They had one daughter. Puy dumped Doony then met a guy from Germany. Puy then moved to Germany and married this man. I believe she has no knowledge of the fate of the daughter.



Dooney then met Heather Deep in Thailand about 8 years ago. She was an 18 year old prostitute. They married and moved to Florida with Puy's daughter. Doony had two kids with Heather Deep. SHe claimed he hit her, and then he started the divorce process with the intent of taking their kids away from her. Heather Deep now works in a restaurant at Walt Disney Word, and has a much better boyfriend. I believe Heather Deep had Puy's daughter recently placed in a foster home.



Doony met Cute Swinger in Florida in 2022, after her husband passed away. They had one child together. She no longer wears an engagement ring, and she now has a house and works as a caregiver in a senior assisted living place.

Doony's trial starts in one week from today. Will he accept a plea deal or will he face a jury?

The charge was first noted in an "Amended Information" document on 11 Sep 2024. The document states:

"COUNT 3: Informant aforesaid, under oath, further information makes that DONALD CARLOS long, also known as "DOONY LONG", between November 23, 2023, and November 29, 2023, in the County of Osceola and State of Florida, did knowingly possess or distribute and pornographic image or video of a person engaged in sexual contact with an animal, in violation of Florida Statute 828.126(e). (3 DEG FEL) (LEVEL 6) (DIRECT)"

I believe this resulted from a detective searching through all of his computers (he had a lot) and phones. He might have been posting the pics/vids online saying the person shown was the name of a person that he was attacking online.

The amendment swaps out "HARASSING A PUBLIC OFFICIAL WITH THE INTENT TO AFFECT A LEGAL DUTY" which is a misdemeanor, for another Felony.

Trial has been moved to 28 October.

The trial is scheduled to start in 7 days from now.

Doony's public defender filed a motion to remove Doony's posts and videos about Heather Deep and her new boyfriend from evidence.

He has a woman judge and a woman attorney. You know he has to hate that.

Especially considering his defense is a cabal of angry lesbian women are out to keep him away from his kids.

Trial starts Monday. Doony lost his request to limit the evidence of posts/videos against Heather Deep and her BF. Jury instructions are due to the Judge on November 25.

The court ruled in favor of the prosecution's motion to limit testimony. Some of the limitations include: (1) opinions regarding whether any conduct of the Defendant constitutes a crime. (2) opinions regarding whether any conduct of the Defendant is protected speech under the First Amendment. (3) No self-serving hearsay.

The jury panel was selected and will be sworn in tomorrow.

Defense made a motion to disqualify recuse the judge. The motion was denied.

The jury that will hear Doony's case consists of 11 women and 1 man. The judge is a woman. His lawyer is a woman.

The evidence in this trial will include Doony's anti-feminist rants, negative language towards women, and repeated derogatory language towards women. His victims are a female judge and her daughters.

His attorney wrote this motion, or was it Pro Se and she was simply obligated to file it and report "Your Honor, my client has a Pro Se motion..."? Because no sane attorney would file that on their own.

Over the past few days, the defense filed two motions to recuse. The first was denied. The second was granted. Here is a summary of the motions.

Motion 1: The potential jurors were asked about bias. The were asked if they would believe the testimony of a judge or police officer would be more credible than Doony's testimony. All said that a judge or police officer is more credible than Doony. The jurors were instructed to consider all testimony from an even playing field. The prosecution then asked questions to rehabilitate the jurors, and the judge agreed. The motion to recuse focused on the belief the judge favored the prosecution, and should be recused.

Motion 2: When discussing evidence gathered from Doony's website, the judge repeatedly stated that posts from the website were "his," or made comments such as "He has mentioned that name before in a prior post." She also referred to posts as "Threats." The motion argues that these statements further prove the judge has bias against Doony, and therefore should be recused.

The jury was sent home until a new judge takes over the trial.

Doony's petition to a higher court was considered moot, I believe because the judge already stepped down from his case.

While this case is experiencing a temporary delay, his second trail is still scheduled for 12 November 2024. This trial is for tampering with a witness and could with a life in prison sentence.

The DA recently decided not to prosecute Doony on the tampering with a witness case. I was surprised because they have phone call evidence of him calling this person from jail telling her that he would off himself if she did not bail him out. However, I believe she eventually refused to testify.

His main case (threatening a judge, extortion, and animal porn) has the following updates:
- A new judge has taken over the docket. Another female.
- There was a meeting today to set a schedule of events.
- A motions hearing will occur on 10 December.

And the good news... Doony is still in jail, sleeping on the floor next to the toilet. Guessing his trial will occur in January.

On this Christmas eve, I am grateful for not having to spend over a year in jail, sleeping on a cement floor while using the toilet as my pillow.

The main delay is from a motion from the prosecution. The judge limited some of the evidence, and the motion is to admit all the evidence for the trial.

And in parallel, Doony has filed and been repeatedly denied motions, including his repeated attempts to be released from jail prior to the trial.

Latest update:

The prosecution appealed a decision on what evidence can be admitted during trial, and this has caused a long delay. The next court hearing is scheduled for August 20th.

Doony once again lost his appeals for release on bail, and continues to sleep on the cell floor using the toilet as his pillow.

After being mostly quiet over the past two months, Doony dropped a 214-page handwritten rant onto the court system.

- Starts by declaring that the document is his sworn statement.

- He is stating his intent to sue two attorneys, one who is a state attorney, and another who works for the attorney general. Both attorneys are women.

- Doony next provides an 11-page (single paragraph) justification for his intent to sue. His justification includes:
1. An introduction to his past work including his belief that he was a famous porn star who performed in 1,000 movies and owner of the second largest studio in the U.S.
2. An attack on his estranged wife. Doony says he knows how conniving women can be because he has had sex with 3,000 women -- he knows women, and they all lie, all the time! He then expands his attack to include the two female lawers that he intends to sue. All they do is lie too.
3. All the evidence against him is a flat-out lie. The videos where he threatened and harassed a sitting jude do not exist.
4. Ron Desantis is also behind the attack on Doony, because Doony was collecting signatures to run against Desantis. Desantis ordered the courts to keep Doony in jail to shut him up, and to dismiss all of the lawsuits and motions that Doony has filed.
5. The Osceola County Sherrif office is massively corrupt and out to get Doony.
7. He is now seeking a lawyer to file civil lawsuits against everyone who has done him wrong. Desantis, The sheriffs, the court system, the attorneys, etc.
8. His estranged wife and her new boyfriend continue to abuse Doony's kids, and the entire corrupt system knows it but chooses to punish Doony to shut him up.

- He then includes all the paperwork that he recently submitted for is divorce case. It includes another 28-page rant against women, and printouts of the attachments. The attachments fill out the remainder of the documents.

The courts dont see shit like that and send him right to mandated mental health care? He gotta be past malignant narcissism and into schizo, no?
