I'm 44 years old born <redacted> and have been deemed incompetent since my first car accident at age 4 and have had 2 serious accidents with serious head injuries where I died and came back to life one at age 4 and another at age 22.

From age 4 to 18 I was hospitalized in a mental hospital most of my childhood from several months to years at a time receiving treatment as well as countless medications for countless mental health disorders including bipolar disorder, ADHD and countless others.

At 18 years old I was deemed permanently incompetent, irreparable, and put on SSD mental health disability.

On 4-24-24 my public defendant filed a motion notifying the court that his office had not only hired a psychologist that had found me incompetent one month prior.

In Dr. <redacted> latest report from last month, even though he recommends I be sent to the state hospital, he also says I might be reparable which does not give legal ground for such commitment.
