Doony has now opened a civil matter against the state of Florida in an effort to be released on bond. Here are a few highlights from his hand-written, 10-page petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus:

After I bailed out the day after I was arrested [for domestic battery] I started a war with DCS Kissammee, the Osceola County Sherriff office, the help now shelter, and countless other corrupt Government agencies in and around Osceola County, and a large group of man-hating women's rights activists, feminists that were mostly lesbians, and because of my previous profession of being a very famous straight white male adult movie star in thousands of adult movies, these women all stacked up against me covering up the mother Nantita's abuse of the children with her porn fan prostitution client boyfriend.

Since then I have been dealing with what I will call and refer to as the DCF cabal from here forward. The corrupt man hating mostly black lesbians of the DCS cabal consist of countless Government employees well connected that work together daily in the Kissammee courthouse for countless agencies.

Since I have also been a well known famous news reporter and social media influencer and personality and our legal war has spilled all over the internet, they have attempted everything to silence me.

My fans, friends and followers started to anonymously post all over social media about these criminal's crimes as well as post about their friends and families from their public Facebook pages where they themselves like Judge [name redacted] and her family were seeking attention from the public. Once my fans and followers gave them all the attention online and on social media that they were seeking they did not like it at all as it was not positive.

My fiance and I have a newborn baby and was getting ready to inherit 2 million dollars from her deceased husband who died of COVID and we were going to invest in a team of lawyers and open a law firm and invest in my campaign where I had been running for Florida's Governor while calling for the arrest of Desantis while having an open lawsuit in federal court.

So while my fiance was trying to bail me out they hit me with even more false arrest and fraudulent charges including two punishable by life first degree charges of human trafficking and tampering with a witness which in reality was my fiance that was doing porn on her own free will.

So after they put a restraining order on me and my fiance, she then hires me a lawyer and they go bananas that she is still on my side and open 4 more DCS cases with no contact orders for all 4 of my children. They then gave the daughter that I had with my fiance to her abuser that is not her mom, my wife Nantita, so her and the DCS cabal can scare and tamper with a witness.

I am being falsely imprisoned in jail with countless rights violated including but not limited to having to sleep on the floor one foot from the toilet in a cell made with two bunks that is designed for only two inmates but there are three of us.

This writ I am having to hand copy will be part of my book about to be published and sent to countless media.
