The files for his cases are all online, which I have been tracking. Here is the real scoop to date:

Doony was living in a trailer park in 2020. He kept a boat on the property along with his trailer. The park told him to remove the boat as it was not allowed, per the signed agreement. Doony did not like this and attacked the park's management with a series of webpages, wikis and social media. He accused everyone involved as being pedophiles, etc. Doony and his wife were then sued and accused of libel, and had no choice but to settle given the overwhelming evidence. In the settlement, he agreed in June 2022 that "the Plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits of this action and that irreparable damage to the Plaintiffs is imminent unless this Court restrains and enjoins the Defendants." He also agreed to hand over ownership of all of his webpages, wikis and social media. I am guessing that this caused serious strain in his relationship with his wife.

Nantita (Doony's current wife also known as Heather Deep) accused him of hitting her in May 2022. He was arrested and given a no contact order and an order for him to move out of their house, while she was able to stay in the house. This really pissed him off. The case went to trial and Doony won in November 2022 -- the jury reached a not guilty verdict.

Doony initiated divorce from Nantita in June 2022. During this ongoing divorce, Nantita has been provided multiple lawyers from the Help Now organization which supports victims of domestic violence. Doony, who is broke, cannot afford a lawyer and is pursuing the divorce Pro Se. The judge ruled that Dooney's two children with Nantita would reside with Nantita during the divorce, and later ruled that Dooney could not see them. When he did it was on the court's terms. This made him ballistically mad.

His first reaction was to file motions in typical Doony rants. He first accused Nantita of abusing their kids and demanding the judge to give him the kids. When that failed, his motions claimed child abuse happened, and that Nantita and her layers (all female) and the judge (female) formed a female cabal colluding against him. This approach failed.

Doony took the next step in his attempt to bully the court into giving him his children by filing lawsuits against (1) Nantita, (2) the judge and (3) Nantita's lawyers. Also, Dooney discovered that Nantita had a live-in boyfriend so Doony sued him too. These lawsuits are all currently open, however none seem to have have any merit. All will be eventually thrown out.

Doony, angered by still not getting his way, next started his usual onslought of web page, wiki, and social media attacks against all involved:

These attacks doxed the judge's family, and made horrendous accusations including pedophilia and child abuse for all involved. He repeatedly states that his attacks will end only if the judge gives him his kids and removes herself from the divorce case.

On November 29 2023, Doony was arrested and charged with felony extortion of a judge, and felony threats or harassment of a judge. His court appointed lawyer revealed, in a plea to have him released from jail, that his penalty could be life in prison, and that the judge ruled that he is not to be released from jail. He also applied for indigent status claiming he has no income at all, and his only asset is a car worth $1,000.

During the execution of a search warrant at his home to take all computer devices, the officer had a conversation with Doony's current Thai girlfriend (known as Cute Swinger). She agreed to go to the station for an interview. During the interview she said that he forced her to have sex on camera and to post it online. She said he threatened to dox her and her family and friends if she did not. When she threatened to leave him, he took her passport and credit cards.

Later on November 29 2023, Doony was charged with felony human trafficking. He was then given a no-contact order which he signed agreeing to not contact his current girlfriend with whom he shares a very young child. However, that night he called her three times from jail telling her to "drop the charges." He also apparently called his uncle to have him put additional pressure on her.

On December 1 2023, he was charged with felony tampering with or harassing a witness/victim.

On December 7 2023, he was charged with aggravated misdemeanor cyber intimidate threaten harass bodily harm, and aggravated misdemeanor follow/harass/cyberstalk another. This is for harassment of the judge.

On December 7 2023, he received 2 more charges identical to the paragraph above for harassing the judge's daughter.

In summary:
- He cannot contact his wife and cannot see their two kids. She lives in his place with her new boyfriend.
- He cannot contact his girlfriend and cannot see their infant child.
- There is an older child from a previous marriage that he now cannot see.
- He is potentially facing life in prison.
- His bonds, when added up, appear to be around $110,000+.
- He is being permanently held in jail.
- He has no income at all.

These are all just charges, and he should be considered innocent until proven guilty. I can imaging he will once again make a plea deal.

Things are getting worse for Dooney... Govenor Ron DeSantis was officially informed by a state attorney about Doony being charged
with extorting or threatening another person and intimidation/harassing an elected official, and that the elected official is a sitting judge. DeSantis then signed an executive order that replaces the state attorney with another state attorney.

I would not dispute that he's crazy. But still competent for prosecution.

Doony has filed a pro se writ of Certiorari. Key information included in his hand-written document:

I'm 44 years old born <redacted> and have been deemed incompetent since my first car accident at age 4 and have had 2 serious accidents with serious head injuries where I died and came back to life one at age 4 and another at age 22.

From age 4 to 18 I was hospitalized in a mental hospital most of my childhood from several months to years at a time receiving treatment as well as countless medications for countless mental health disorders including bipolar disorder, ADHD and countless others.

At 18 years old I was deemed permanently incompetent, irreparable, and put on SSD mental health disability.

On 4-24-24 my public defendant filed a motion notifying the court that his office had not only hired a psychologist that had found me incompetent one month prior.

In Dr. <redacted> latest report from last month, even though he recommends I be sent to the state hospital, he also says I might be reparable which does not give legal ground for such commitment.

BREAKING NEWS: Doony was evaluated by a court ordered psychiatrist and was declared incompetent. All charges have been dismissed. He has been committed to the Department of Children and Family Services for long-term, permanent, hospitalization.

I believe in Florida defendants are found incompetent to proceed if they do not:

1. Understand the charges/allegations against them.
2. Comprehend the possible penalties.
3. Understand the adversarial nature of the legal process.
4. Have the ability to disclose to an attorney pertinent facts that would aid in their defense.
5. Exhibit appropriate courtroom behavior.
6. Have the ability to testify relevantly.

I would imagine Doony failed 4 and 6, and was borderline in 3 and 5. In his damaged brain he believes the charges are 100% false, he is pro se because lawyers do not listen, and his defense strategy has been to have each judge removed.

So, not only is Doony incapable of spelling his own name, he's incapable of pronouncing it as well.

In my book, that alone should be sufficient for him to be declared incompetent.

Imagine the moment when Doony realizes that every handwritten letter he sent to the court was published online. He wrote about his brain damage, his resulting lifelong incompetence, his childhood spent in psychiatric hospitals, and all of his severe mental disorders. I believe that he will not be allowed to access the internet for years, but at some point, he will find out.

He will be making websites and wikis about his nurses in the institution.

While I am not a lawyer, there have been updates to Doony's legal cases and here is what I believe is happening:

Even though his felony cases have been closed due to his incompetence, the cases can be reopened as soon as he is declared competent, or the charges can be re-filed. This would likely happen due to the nature of his charges which include extortion of a judge, human trafficking, and tempering of a witness. He was facing life in prison. Perhaps continued sleeping on the concrete floor with head a foot away from the toilet -- tinkle sprinkles!

Doony's defective brain does not like living in the psych hospital. He filed a motion to have his competency to be reassessed again, likely wanting to be found competent. He seems he believes his best shot at getting his life back to normal is to be found competent and face the charges, believing all charges will be dropped.

Recent motion filed: new competency evaluation, and motion to have his court appointed lawyer removed and to have a new lawyer appointed.

There are also 2 additional motions that have yet to be released to the public. His court appointed lawyer has requested discovery for all information related to his charges.

As Doony's former wife once wrote, "Doony you are f*cked in the head!"

So we're left to wonder whether Donald is (a) crazy, or (b) crazy like a fox? I have to vote for the latter. He stole the AIM database and created an enormous wiki (with some help I suspect).

Doony's was finally declared competent, and the trial date is now set for October 7th, 2024. That gives Mr. Pro Se 2 months to prepare his case.

Minor update:

When Heather Deep dumped Doony, he quickly found another Asian to support him. Her porn name was "Cute Swinger." She was a mail order bride from the Philippines who married an older white guy who relocated her to Florida. He died from COVID in 2022 with no will/trust, and leaving multi-million $ estate.

Doony immediately had interest in this money, with personal plans on how to spend it. However, the court ruled the deceased man's mom as the personal representative of the decedent's estate, not his surviving wife. Doony, who moved quickly to be engaged to her and have a baby with her, was clearly unhappy with this and had her contest the decision.

On July 12, the courts reversed its decision and appointed the wife as the personal representative of the decedent's estate.

Why does this matter? This is potentially a lot of money for Doony to pay for lawyers. I am sure the surviving family would move quickly to try to stop her from throwing away money to help Doony, but Doony kept 100% control over her.

Oh, fer fuck's sake, with that amount of lucidity he's unintentionally proven his culpability. God Almighty, I'm gonna enjoy the living Hell out of watching the trial he'll insist upon.

If a mail-order Filipina bride is a "contrived marriage," and therefore subject to nullification (think of Martin del Taco and Hayley Paige), then surely Donkey swooping in to marry said bride is one too. At a minimum the monther can demand the estate be governed by a guardian ad leitim, who you can assume would not allow Donkey to use any of the estate for his folly.

Here is the current status of Doony's women:

Doony met Puy in Thailand and married her about 10 years ago. They had one daughter. Puy dumped Doony then met a guy from Germany. Puy then moved to Germany and married this man. I believe she has no knowledge of the fate of the daughter.



Dooney then met Heather Deep in Thailand about 8 years ago. She was an 18 year old prostitute. They married and moved to Florida with Puy's daughter. Doony had two kids with Heather Deep. SHe claimed he hit her, and then he started the divorce process with the intent of taking their kids away from her. The charge was first noted in an "Amended Information" document on 11 Sep 2024. The document states:

"COUNT 3: Informant aforesaid, under oath, further information makes that DONALD CARLOS long, also known as "DOONY LONG", between November 23, 2023, and November 29, 2023, in the County of Osceola and State of Florida, did knowingly possess or distribute and pornographic image or video of a person engaged in sexual contact with an animal, in violation of Florida Statute 828.126(e). (3 DEG FEL) (LEVEL 6) (DIRECT)"

I believe this resulted from a detective searching through all of his computers (he had a lot) and phones. He might have been posting the pics/vids online saying the person shown was the name of a person that he was attacking online.

The amendment swaps out "HARASSING A PUBLIC OFFICIAL WITH THE INTENT TO AFFECT A LEGAL DUTY" which is a misdemeanor, for another Felony.

Trial has been moved to 28 October.

The trial is scheduled to start in 7 days from now.
