You'd think a guy who did what he did, paid the dues he paid, and all in such a calculated way would have warranted more than one article from AVN.
Dude, he took advantage of desperate/damaged young women to abuse them in the worst way to make a few bucks. I love my porn, and I understand these young women weren't saints, but let's call it like it is.
I'm not defending him at all. His product was visually repugnant. For the most part his performers were physically ugly women. But, the FBI raided his home, incompetently discharged a shotgun into his floor and convicted him to prison simply for the things I just listed here. There is an injustice there. I just thought it odd such a galvanizing character wouldn't garner a larger sendoff than he did.
