Madelyn was convicted of DUI manslaughter. Restivo crashed a Mazda into the back of a semi-truck killing her front-seat passenger and seriously injuring another passenger in the car. Her blood alcahol content was .158, well over the limit.



.158 isnt anything to brag about. I was .16 when i got my DUI and was driving fine. Ya gotta be over .2 to be impressive. My friends mom blew a .32 when they pulled her outta the ditch for her DUI.
