Like George Soros trying to turn all of America into a spook paradise through his funding of dangerous DAs like Chesa Bodwin in SF -- who is currently gone, thank God; George Gascon in LA -- who we need to get rid of in November; Alvin Bragg in NYC; etc., Ackman is using his money and influence to do social engineering to fuck up life for the little people.
