Loni was born in the Philippines in 1997. Her family then moved to the island of Saipan in the US commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands.

Loni moved to Las Vegas around 1992. She graduated from Green Valley High School in Henderson, Nevada in 1997, as a 20 year-old.

She then joined the US Air Force and served three years working as a medical assistant. She was discharged from service after being caught having sex with other women.
