Somewhere along the way I may have missed this point- is the Lovely Lioness actually a Canuck or just an immigrant up there from the United States?

For all the trials and tribulations she has endured, it would be a shame for her to fall on the frozen tundra from a virus she could have been easily vaccinated against here Stateside.
