I'm pretty sure dem boyz knew they are fucked for awile. Pratt admitted the whole bankruptcy move was a sham and cost him and his lawyer 110,000. He left out the part about he did it to get more time to hide more money. They will lose but I wonder how much money will be left.
And it's going to get even worse for them. Criminal charges are next.
