Apparently they are only legal in counties that have a population under a certain number, that is why there aren't any legal brothels in Clark (Las Vegas) or Washoe (Reno) counties (too big). Dennis has been the face of legal prostitution and now that he is gone, I'll bet that legal brothels will be gone in a few years. Nye County has been vaguely anit-hooker recently. They don't allow hooker licenses to be transferred. So with Hof dead, and wannabe pimp in that county would have to apply for a new license. Doesn't seem all that likely. Dunno
