In all fairness and to give equal coverage to this burning issue, here's is Adult FYI's post from Wankus regarding the request: Wankus has requested www.xxxporntalk.com to remove posts attrbuted to non-affiliated KSEX, www.ksexradio.com, employees and explains his rationale. Wankus: "I love how a basic request among professionals became the daily drama. It's really simple actually. KSEX is branded, it's trademarked, it belongs to KSEX. Anyone using the name and publishes it in a commercial forum, one that is not affiliated with KSEX, is acting inappropriately. Some may say, "ah, so, who gives a fuck?!" To that I will say this is a minor issue. But the bottom line is, when you have someone representing themselves as a KSEX DJ and then posting some of the most unintelligent, immature, pathetic rants in print, for all to see, people who do not know, may get the impression that this person represents KSEX. And to be quite honest about it. I'd like there to be no confusion between the 90% of morons who post on xxxporntalk and the KSEX staff. Oh, and we pay our hosts. All of them."

I'm not an expert in trademark law but I know it pretty well. Let's do legal name that tune: I would guess I could destroy that claim in... three filings. (not for any good it'd do: who would try to make money by ripping off a ripped-off concept that doesn't make hell for money?) I don't work for free, though I am a petty and vindictive man. So if the Bears get killed in Tampa in the first half, I'll devote three hours to a little informal prior usage inventory, just for giggles, because who knows, I may someday want to take out my wallet and set it on fire by reclaiming my reputation via an internet radio station suspended over the question: "Do you do double anal?"
