2 out of 3 of these hostages were detained in Trump presidency:

Tony Kim (aka Kim Sang-duk) detained 22 April 2017.

Kim Hak-song detained 6 May 2017.

^The President is too busy to fact check every single detail of every single tweet. His tweet was just meant to convey the essence of the truth. That being that Obama was a foreign policy failure while Trump is an unmitigated success.
