I didn't realize you were a Jewish shellfish expert. I associate crab cakes with Maryland and the rest of the northeast.


What you don't realize about me could fill the internet, son. Don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows. Southerners know soul food. Crab cakes, salmon croquettes, oyster loaf, etc. Maryland is the northern edge for that, not the southern.
