We just got a new chain in my area called Fresh Brothers. Better than all the rest of the chains, but still a chain. They serve Chicago style tavern pies. Not the deep dish, but the super thin ones that are cut in squares. I resisted at first glance, but they taste damn good. They buy their wings from LaNova in Buffalo, which was a fav of mine when in that town repeatedly several years ago.
