No, I meant that to a Democrat, the election isn't over for them until they have won. They cherry picked precincts in Florida to selectively recount areas they knew would give Gore more votes. Then there was Al Franken's election in Minnesota where they just kept recounting votes until they found enough (sometimes in the trunks of cars) until Franken had the lead and then they promptly declared him the winner.

For months all CNN and MSNBC did was state that there was nothing of importance in any of these emails.
