Sounds like a quick way to screw things up again. These people are paid for there bodies not there junked up minds. Why don't they have a public database run by a central company that all media groups classified as adult content have to pay a tax into to keep it going. All performers have to register with the database to get work. If you could figure out some way that they are automatically notified when a performer leaves the country (passport) and put into quarantine when they come back. Any media group that fails to pay into and follow the standards of this central database are heavily fined.
