Consent issue. When you don't want to be choked or you've said no when the choking has gone past you limits, and the guy isn't listening to you, he's denying you consent and boundaries.
So if I tell a guy in a bar to stop punching me and he don't listen, it is rape?

I aint sayin its cool to choke a bitch who don't wanna be choked, I'm just saying that I'm against the diminishing of the definition of rape. That dude is guilty of being an asshole, possibly of assault, but certainly not rape.
