If the purpose of porn is to allow viewers to project themselves into the scene, then it stands to reason that it's easier for an older porn viewer to identify with an older guy. I hope I'm still interested enough in sins of the flesh when I get older to want to watch a little porn. I assume there's plenty of older pervs out there who still wanna get their freak on.
