Not a purchase, but last week I had a surprisingly good time driving a rented Mazda 3 hatchback. 2.5 liter engine and a six-speed manual. What a great little car that is. If I lived in North America I think I would want one. But if I lived in Japan I would seek out a Copen. 600cc of pure fun.
