He wants everyone to know that recent DNA testing has shown that he was not the first person in the US to catch AIDS and therefore just because CDC can establish he probably gave AIDS to over 40 people in just one study shouldn't leave everyone to assume he was guilty of infecting everyone.

Likewise perhaps Brandon didn't give literally every PW herpes, perhaps some of them came pre-infected. Just a thought for your consideration from the 8th circle of hell.
