I dread the day my hot water heater goes. Fuckin thing is 37 yrs old and has only needed the heating elements changed a couple times.

My furnace was 30yrs old, only needed cleanings, when I replaced it. New one has broke down 2x in the past 7 yrs. First time a circuit board burnt out. Second time was a week ago when the motor on the burner died.
