The self-felatio thing he did probably qualifies as both. I seem to recall his dialog prior to this act being something like, "If she can do it, I can do it better!!"
I didn't see that. Was he quoting that showtune? I don't know what musical it's from but the parts go:
"Anything you can do, I can do better!
I can do anything better than you"
"No you can't!"
"Yes I can!"
"No you can't!"
