True, but Ron will find a way to get free counsel. I can't imagine him spending real money for an attorney. He will find some porn-struck young kid who just passed the bar and promise that he will get to hang out with the porn stars. Something like that.
If he hires a free newbie he'll screw himself, he's looking at both a criminal action and a PI action. At least for the PI action, his auto insurance company should provide a competent attorney assuming he bought decent car insurance.
