I expect our cornerbacks to get burned, a lot. I also expect Ryan Fitzpatrick to be the every year before last year version of Ryan Fitzpatrick so I also expect interceptions. Chiefs pass offense seemed really improved in pre-season and 2nd half of the Chargers game. Took a step backwards last week. I figure the Jets will be good for around 24 points or so. Good Chiefs offense shows up they will put up at least 28. Bad Chiefs offense that moves ball but stalls around the red zone will only be good for around 16. I have no idea which one will show up.

Goal of the Chiefs for the first half of the season is to survive the first half of the season by playing .500 ball until Justin Houston gets back in November then go on tear with a schedule that is back loaded with home games against relative cream puffs by NFL standards. Of course another way of looking at the schedule is that it is front loaded with road games against good teams (Carolina and Pittsburgh for example).
