I had to look it up to be sure. Cleveland has a bunch of picks high in this draft. Eagles' #1, Titans' #2 + their own puts em at 4 picks in probably the first 40. They give the Eagles a 4 or 5, but they get the Pats 5th. If only there was a person in their front office who knew anything about football.
