I met Karen at the Stagliano trial back in 2010. She is nice lady, but a little to dominant for my tastes. That trial was great. The judge, Richard Leon was all over the prosecutor like stink on shit. He even removed her from the case for failure to comply with discovery. After the close of the Government's case, he not only threw out the case on legal grounds, but entered judgments of acquittal on the facts, and excoriated the Government for even bringing the case.
