I actually had a somewhat similar idea, but I could never bring myself to offer it because it was so over the line. Thanks for opening the door!
My idea is simple. JM could begin a line similar to Anabolic's 'A Cum Sucking Whore Named..." series which would be titled 'An HIV Positive Whore Named...". It would simply be a compilation of JM scenes featuring a porn girl who has announced she's tested HIV positive. The tagline would be something like "It's how she'd want to be remembered." The box would also urge the viewer to "see if you can spot the moment her infection happens, like Where's Waldo!"
