Yes, the schtick and the Don Rickles affect in the voice is disproportionate to the sort of dumb and hateful cruelty. Whatever humor there may be is cancelled out tenfold. Greg Dark in some of his old videos did these sorts of preinterviews much more effectively. In a calm, well spoken tone he'd throw questions at the ladies like "Do you think men like your mouth because of the things you say or because you suck dicks well with it?"
