So I am looking for this scene from ages ago!!

I believe it was around 1999 and I think it was Cheyenne Silver, so the story was a guy rushes into a womens clothing store, and says he is in a hurry and "tricks" the sales woman into tring on some dresses for his girlfriend, not sure why but the storyline is awesome lol, any help would be great!!
