In 'Apocalypse Now' the Air Calvary had helicopters with huge speakers blasting Wagner to demoralize the Vietnamese as they airraided a coastal village. If a copter similarly blasted sounds of gagging pornography and flew around a metropolitan area would the authorities simply wait for it to run out of fuel and land to arrest those responsible or would military aircraft get scrambled and shoot the helichopther out of the sky because they couldn't wait?
