I thought it was a distributor and not him? That is what he said in an interview prior to the trial. Distributor was instructed not to sell Euro versions in the US and not to ship via US Mail.
Hmm, I thought that was the JM/5-Star Video trial. Now I'm a bit confused.
I don't know where I found it, or who sent it to me, but it was in an interview Max did right after he shot the Bonnie Rotten scene, and she was around for the interview. It was just audio, like a podcast or radio show or something. He said it was the Euro/piss version of one of his dvds sent via US mail by a distributor. He could have been bullshitting, but that's what I remember him saying. Maybe they were both set up the same way?
