Most of the "edgier" studios like Meatholes, Max and others always filmed their performers signing model releases. Max even went so far as to film his whores watching previous scenes to know what they were getting into. I think Kink also releases lots of BTS where the whore sits after the shoot and tells everyone how much she liked it. Fine, she may be bullshitting and high on Fentanyl, but it's on camera for a court to see. They do film their models signing the release; the have even posted pictures and video of it; case in point, the Teen Miss Delaware.
