Saw this homemade ice cream truck rolling around my neighborhood the other day. I'm sure they were properly licensed by the city to serve food. Didn't get to see the driver, so I'm not sure if they were white trash or a minority. The generator strapped to the bumper and hooked up directly to a gas can is amusing, but the handicapped lic. plate is the cherry on top, IMO.
