Though she signed a consent form the next day (it's usually signed before the shoot) and later changed her mind, I would've just scrapped the shoot. It's not worth my time, aggrevation, and possible legal fees, just to save the money it costs to shoot the scene; moreover future revenue. Shoot someone else and move on.
